This Warranty is valid only if the product has been in accordance with the instruction manual provided.

This warranty shall not apply if ACTIVE GULF FZCO did not receive the warranty card separately enclosed in the original packaging with copy of the last page of the instruction manual, the date of purchase and chop of the retail outlet from where the purchase has been made within 2 weeks of purchase.

This warranty covers only the hardware and does not include in its scope any software or accessories purchased along with it.

The warranty is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase subject to the above conditions being fulfilled.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been opened or serviced at any non-Nintendo authorized service centre.

This warranty shall not apply if this product:

• Is used with products not sold or licensed by Nintendo (including, but not limited to, non-licensed game enhancement and copier devices, adapters, and power supplies);

• Is used for commercial purposes (including rental);

• Is modified or tampered with;

• Is damaged by negiligence, accident, unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship;

• Has had the serial number altered, defaced or removed.This warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of the product.

This warranty does not cover any problems occurring due to electrical short circuits, gas leakages, fires, earthquakes, typhoons or any other natural or nuclear calamities or any problems due to seepage of water, any liquids or any kind of corrosion.

This warranty is valid in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia only.
